The Challenges
Aeries Integration
Our CakePHP app development team integrated this app with Aeries software. Through this, it extracts data from Aeries and perform operations. The most challenging part was analysing the data and extracting data from Aeries.
Automated Discrepancy Finder
Another challenge was to generate only discrepancy report in Aeries, this was a manual process which made this our task a little tough. CakePHP app development team made it dynamic & gave an online to access app for various schools. Thus, less paperwork was required and it wa s a time-saving app for our clients.
The Solutions
Aeries Integration
We configured Aeries software in our app and integrated it in two ways.
Automated Discrepancy Solver
We developed a fully automated solution to fetch data from Aeries and find discrepancies as per Aeries criteria. This finds multiple absence codes.
Notifications
We also imparted a solution for sending mail notifications to teachers and save their comments/replies in Aries.
