It was required for us to create a robust search functionality which filters clinics and health practitioners nearest to their location.
Service Based Search
The client wanted us to provide the users an option to search for the health practitioner of their choice from amongst chiropractors, athletic therapists, nutritionists, social workers etc.
Clinic and Practitioner Listing
The client wanted an option for the users to find all the details of the practitioners and clinics once they are located.
Booking Facility
It was required to implement a booking facility with each clinic so that the patients can book an appointment with the health expert of their choice.
The Solutions
Postal Code Search
To enable users to find a clinic nearest to them, we provided with a location based search option. The users just need to enter their postal code and they will have the list of clinics in their vicinity.
Service Checkbox
In the search bar, we provided a list of services with a small checkbox besides it. Users can enter the pin code; check the box of their preferred practitioner type and they are directed to the list of clinics available in their area.
Detailed Information on Clinics
Once users choose the qualified clinic in the area, they are given clinic’s information and details along with its address, distance from the entered pin code, contact as well as practitioner’s profile along with their qualifications.
Appointment Booking
As soon as the users choose the practitioner of their choice and click on the button, they are redirected to a form that asks for their basic information with preferred date and time so that the appointment can be booked easily.
